"I'm currently training for my first Ironman 140.6 triathlon in July (2015). With anything of this level of endurance my nutrition needs to be correct otherwise I risk not completing the race. With Petros Therapy we have found key areas to target and set achievable goals that will make competing that much easier. My weight is coming down gradually and I have done a trial run of my carb-loading week. I know how much water I should be drinking during each hour of the race and I have practiced my in competition eating to find how my body will respond in the build up and during the competition. They really take the worry out of getting nourishment for the event! I can focus on training knowing my nutrition is trialed and tested!"
