Everything your body needs, nothing it doesn't 
By sticking to a few simple goals we can maximise an athletes potential. We only use healthy, safe and manageable methods. Without the use of pills, fairy dust or magic wands we can help our athletes:

  • Avoid injury and illness, increasing the amount of time they can stay active for training
  • Maximise their development from training making every second go toward reaching their goals
  • Ensuring peak performance come competition time, especially for long endurance events. Providing full meal plans before, during and after the event


We monitor our athletes' diets daily providing a clear to follow plan taking them from the day they sign on right until after they complete their competition. We make sure our athletes have familiar foods and know when and why they are eating; because understanding why is key in developing positive long term healthy eating habits.

"I'm currently training for my first Ironman 140.6 triathlon in July (2015). With anything of this level of endurance my nutrition needs to be correct otherwise I risk not completing the race. With Petros Therapy we have found key areas to target and set achievable goals that will make competing that much easier. My weight is coming down gradually and I have done a trial run of my carb-loading week. I know how much water I should be drinking during each hour of the race and I have practiced my in competition eating  to find how my body will respond in the build up and during the competition.
